BROCCOLI SALAD

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch broccoli, cut, peel stems and cut
1 bunch green onions, cut fine
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower kernels (nuts)
8 to 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
DRESSING
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Mix well and pour over salad, stir and refrigerate.

SHRIMP DIP |

INGREDIENTS
1 can shrimp
1 small onion
1 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
dash salt and pepper
Clean and flake shrimp. Melt butter. Cut onion finely and combine all ingredients. Excellent with crackers or veggie tray.

CREAMY SHRIMP DIP |

INGREDIENTS
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry onion
1/4 cup ketchup (or less) (to taste)
1 can 4 1/2 ounce cleaned medium shrimp
Blend well all ingredients but shrimp. Then add shrimp and blend well. Cool.

TORTILLA PIN ROLLS |

INGREDIENTS
12 flour tortilas
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dry onion
1 4 ounce can green chillies, chopped and drained
1 4 ounce can sliced black olives, drained
cumin
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pound thinly sliced turkey or ham
salsa
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chillies and olives together. Spread on tortillas, top with meat and sprinkle with cumin. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours. Slice and serve with salsa.
